   8 My first notebook was too powerless to run XDM, so I've to work on the
   9 console. So, I needed a tool which allows me to monitor battery status
  10 contignously. There are such resident tools for DOS, and there was
  11 vcstime utility for Linux, which displays time at the corner of screen.
  12 So, I've written vcsapm utility, which display battery status in the top
  13 left corner of screen.
