VCSAPM

My first notebook was too powerless to run XDM, so I've to work on the console. So, I needed a tool which allows me to monitor battery status contignously. There are such resident tools for DOS, and there was vcstime utility for Linux, which displays time at the corner of screen. So, I've written vcsapm utility, which display battery status in the top left corner of screen.
