Simple wrapper around spicy.

It has following functionality:

1. Given machine name, finds it's spice port (first finds monitor using project directory layout, then asks it about spice status).
2. Upon completion of spicy asks user whether he want to shutdown vm, suspend it or run in the background and does so.
